This Is Good

Chest Strap see metal on top of strap. excess stowed. tightened snugly, but allows movement and breathing

This Is Bad 

buckled correctly, but un-stowed excess will beat you in free-fall 

This Is Ugly
( as in may Kill YOU) 

not locked in buckle will slip allowing you to fall out of harness on deployment

Rsl on ring and clear to reserve

Ok, if you don't want to use the rsl, but like this it will do nothing

1) Can jam and prevent main release 2) guaranteed to jam and not allow main release 3) under reserve riser can jam.

3 ring correct ( like a snow man) 

1) little ring through big puts entre load on little ring can cause riser break 2) loop not thru cable grommet can cause un-planned main release 3)cable back thru loop, can jam causing impossible cut away

Cut away pillow correct.

Un-secured difficult to find 

Folded under impossible to find

reserve correct 

Loose difficult to find, may catch on something 

1) folded under impossible to find 2) cable too short arching may deploy

Main handle correct

stuffed inside, difficult to dig out 

hanging out probable pre-mature deployment
